Branch Business Manager I

The Branch Business Manager is primarily responsible for leading branch level growth and excellence by driving customer acquisition, sales performance, and market expansion. The role holder will effectively mobilize and deploy resources while implementing strategic initiatives aligned with the Bank's business goals. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field such as Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology, along with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience, including at least one year in a supervisory post.
