Security Manager

Responsible for overseeing safety and security operations at a franchised hotel to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. The role involves developing and implementing security policies in line with brand standards and local regulations, managing security personnel, conducting risk assessments, monitoring surveillance systems, and coordinating prompt responses to security incidents. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Management, social studies, or a related field, along with a proven three years of experience in hotel security management or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Security License and First Aid/CPR are preferred.
