Monitoring- Evaluation-Accountability And Learning Officer

World Vision is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Officer to take full responsibility for planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of compliance management plans. The role ensures that RISE programming standards are maintained at all levels and that reports, field stories, and documentation meet World Vision International Ethiopian MEAL standards, donor requirements, and standard operating procedures. Candidates must hold a BA or BSc in Rural Development, Development Studies, Agricultural Economics, Economics, Accounting, Management, or related social science fields, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in MEAL within emergency and development-related fields.
