Lab Services Director

Mega Lab PLC is seeking a Lab Services Director in Dire Dawa. The candidate will direct and manage day-to-day operations and clinical workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, lead and mentor laboratory staff, oversee equipment procurement and calibration, and collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and budgets. Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Technology, Microbiology, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
