Dashen Bank is seeking a Digital Product Development Expert – Retail & MSME to support the development and enhancement of digital products tailored to Retail and MSME banking. The role involves evaluating digital product proposals from external vendors, participating in new product development, and conducting market research and competitive analysis. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field. Degrees in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Management are an added advantage. A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience is required.
