Project Manager- Building Construction

Atta Trading PLC is seeking a Project Manager for Building Construction in Addis Ababa. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in building and high-rise construction (infrastructure experience like roads or bridges will not be considered). Responsibilities include leading and managing overall project execution, coordinating civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works, managing time, cost, quality, resources, and risk, reviewing drawings and technical submissions, and handling subcontractors, clients, consultants, contracts, and payment certificates.
