People And Operations Manager

Smile is looking for an experienced People & Operations Manager with a strong background in Human Resources and good exposure to Finance and Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions, supporting employee development and performance, coordinating payroll and HR administration, and contributing to smooth business operations. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field, along with 4+ years of relevant professional experience in HR, operational management, or related roles. Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and employee lifecycle management is required.
