Branch Manager

The Branch Manager holds overall responsibility for the leadership, strategic direction, and commercial performance of newly opening branches across Oromia and Southern Ethiopia. Operating within a merchandise retail and commercial environment, the role drives revenue growth, oversees daily sales and inventory operations, ensures financial and regulatory compliance, and represents the company before regional stakeholders. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years serving in a Branch Manager capacity within a merchandise business or retail organization. Fluency in Amharic and English is required, while knowledge of Afaan Oromoo is a strong advantage.
