Human Resources Officer

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting the HR Department in delivering daily human resources services, managing employee and industrial relations, handling disciplinary processes and payroll, administering employee engagement programs, and maintaining accurate HR documentation at the Kurmuk Gold Mine site. Key responsibilities include providing day-to-day administrative and operational support for employee relations and industrial relations matters, coordinating disciplinary meetings and exit interviews, preparing payroll, and compiling weekly and monthly HR reports.
