Construction / Site Manager

The Construction / Site Manager manages and oversees all site-based construction activities to ensure effective and timely project execution. Operating on-site, the role leads multidisciplinary engineering and labor teams, coordinates subcontractors, monitors work progress against schedules, and ensures strict adherence to engineering drawings, quality standards, and environmental health and safety regulations. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure construction, including roads, bridges, water/drainage works, or utilities, with significant site management background.
