Ecco Luxury Guest House and Juice Bar is looking for 2 Restaurant Supervisors to lead and supervise daily operations of the juice and salad bar, including setup, service, and breakdown. Responsibilities include preparing fresh salads, smoothie bowls, and juices, ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines, training and scheduling bar staff, and maintaining product quality. Candidates must hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Operation or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
