We are seeking an experienced Purchaser to manage the procurement of all assigned food and beverage categories. The role ensures continuous supply, strict adherence to food safety compliance, competitive pricing, and timely delivery across all company outlets. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields, alongside a minimum of 3 or more years of professional experience in procurement and property management. Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is advantageous.
