Smart Farm Production & R&D Manager

EcoGreen is seeking a Smart Farm Production & R&D Manager to lead the establishment and operation of a high-value, commercial smart farm within its factory compound. The role serves as a commercial production hub, R&D testing ground, and agricultural demonstration model designed to maximize profit per square meter, validate EcoGreen's soil-health technologies, and educate agricultural stakeholders. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in high-value crop production, intensive crop management, crop nutrition, and economic costing.
