Batching Plant Operator

Pacific Construction is looking for a Batching Plant Operator to operate and maintain the batching system of a ready-mix concrete plant in Kality, Addis Ababa. The role ensures accurate and timely production according to prescribed mix designs, overseeing raw material measurement, equipment maintenance, quality checks, and dispatch coordination while maintaining health and safety protocols. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a batching plant operator in a ready-mix concrete environment, with a high school diploma or technical/vocational training preferred.
