Public Sector Strengthening Specialist

Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising public facility strengthening operations within the area programs office. The role involves providing technical support, clinical quality mentorship, and training to public health facilities in Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) services, ensuring compliance with donor agreements and program standards, and compiling regular performance reports. Education: BSc, MSc, or MPH in Nursing or Public Health (Certificates in SRH/FP, CAC, and nutrition are required). Experience: Minimum of 4 years of related experience for MSc holders, or 6 years of related experience for BSc holders.
