Program Manager

Imagine1day International Organization is hiring a Program Manager for a full-time, permanent position based in Addis Ababa. The Program Manager will provide strategic leadership and overall management of the CIFF-funded program, ensuring effective implementation across 40 schools and four woredas. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in education, development studies, program/project management, gender studies, social sciences or a closely related field, along with 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in international and national NGOs managing complex education, gender, child-protection or adolescent-girls programs, including multi-site field delivery.
