East Region Sales Head

Mega Store PLC is looking for an East Region Sales Head based in Dire Dawa. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory, Marketing, Management or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Responsibilities include owning regional sales targets for medical equipment and consumables, building and managing the sales team and key hospital accounts, driving after-sales coordination, managing receivable collections, and reporting regional performance against BSC and OKR targets.
