Manager - Regional Sales

Reporting to the EHOD National Sales, the Manager - Regional Sales supports the execution of Safaricom Ethiopia commercial, acquisition, distribution, and M-PESA growth plans within an assigned cluster or defined sales territory. The role implements agreed market penetration activities, supports distributor, merchant, agent, sub-agent, and SSO performance, and ensures product and float availability. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of sales or trade execution experience within the FMCG or telecom industry.
