Senior Safeguarding & Security Officer

Hope for Justice is seeking a Senior Safeguarding & Security Officer (SSSO) to ensure that organizational safeguarding and safety standards are fully understood, implemented, and integrated across all programs, operations, and partner networks. Reporting to the Country Director, the role oversees safeguarding quality, provides technical guidance to Delegated Safeguarding Officers, manages physical and operational safety and security frameworks, and maintains rigorous compliance and incident reporting. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social/Development Studies, Human Rights, Law, or related social science fields, and have a minimum of 5 years of NGO/development sector experience working in relation to safeguarding and security issues, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
