Realestate Sales Manager

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Real-estate Sales supervisor to support and supervise the sales team of our project. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily sales activities, following up on leads and prospective clients, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring the team consistently works toward achieving project sales targets. Requirements include 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, proven experience in sales target achievement and team management, strong communication, negotiation, networking and leadership skills, good knowledge of the current real estate market, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
