CFD / FX Business Development Country / Regional Head

The CFD / FX Business Development Head acts as an entrepreneurial, hands-on leader responsible for building and scaling the regional presence for a top global retail broker from scratch. The role focuses on driving total regional performance, leveraging existing Introducing Broker (IB) networks, recruiting and managing local sales teams, and directly growing commercial revenue and profitability. Key responsibilities include driving market growth & P&L, building and leading the team, and expanding the IB network.
