F & B Controller

Ecco Luxury Guest House and Juice Bar is looking for an F & B Controller. The candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting & Finance or a related field with relevant work experience. Duties include monitoring and controlling COGS, performing inventory audits, analyzing product profitability, developing standardized recipes, tracking waste and spoilage, and preparing cost reports.
