Ecco Luxury Guest House and Juice Bar is looking for a Commis II with a Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Kitchen Operation or a related field, along with relevant work experience. Responsibilities include preparing fresh juices, smoothies, and salad bar offerings, operating kitchen equipment safely, monitoring product quality and freshness, and supporting special events or catering as needed. Minimum experience required is 2 years.
