Senior Site Engineer

Marvelous Real Estate S.C is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to supervise and manage construction activities on site from foundation through finishing. The successful candidate will ensure that construction works comply with approved designs, specifications, quality and safety requirements, and the project schedule. Responsibilities include coordinating site teams and subcontractors, controlling materials and costs, preparing progress reports, and facilitating coordination with consultants and clients. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 6 years of overall experience in building or apartment construction, including at least 3 years in a senior site engineer role.
