Responsible for executing day-to-day human resources operations, covering full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, attendance and payroll support, performance management, and employee relations. The role ensures full compliance with company policies and Ethiopian labor law while maintaining accurate HR records and generating periodic departmental reports. Candidates must have a BA in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2 to 5+ years of relevant professional HR experience.
