Project Sales Manager

The Project Sales Manager drives sales growth, market expansion, and customer relationship management for Jotun in Ethiopia. Based in Addis Ababa and reporting to the Sales Manager, the role leads and coaches the sales team, manages key accounts across the construction sector, and ensures the achievement of sales, gross margin, and collection targets. Candidates require a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field, alongside a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in project sales within construction materials, paints, coatings, building products, steel, cement, or related industries.
