Director, Risk & Compliance Management

Responsible for leading risk management and compliance functions, ensuring institutional adherence to ethical banking standards, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies across the bank's nationwide branch network. Candidates must hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking and Finance, or related fields, alongside a mandatory Interest-Free Banking (IFB) Training Certification. Required experience is 10 years for Master's degree holders or 12 years for Bachelor's degree holders, with at least 4 years in a managerial position within the risk and compliance area.
