Software Engineer - Fintech Integration

Safaricom Ethiopia is seeking a talented Software Engineer for its M-Pesa Technology department to focus on internal and external fintech integration. The engineer will leverage their back-end development and system integration expertise to create efficient, secure, and user-friendly APIs and middleware within an agile environment. The successful candidate will design, build, and support mobile, API, and microservice-driven solutions using modern DevOps practices including Git, Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes. They will translate product ideas into high-quality code using Agile/Scrum tools like Jira and Confluence.
