Sales Trainee

Temer Properties is hiring a Sales Trainee for a structured training program in Addis Ababa. The role is designed to develop knowledge, skills, and practical experience in real estate sales, providing hands-on exposure to customer engagement, sales activities, field visits, negotiation, and customer relationship management. Candidates must be graduates of 2025 and 2026 G.C., have passed the National Exit Examination, and possess strong learning agility and commitment. Minimum of 6 months of sales experience in real estate, FMCG, or related sectors is an added advantage.
