HR Coordinator

DKT Ethiopia is seeking an HR Coordinator to be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, organizing onboarding and offboarding procedures, and coordinating benefits administration in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in INGOs or FMCG (healthcare and social marketing organizations preferred).
