Call Center Agent

Saglan Wajee General Hospital is hiring 2 Call Center Agents in Holeta. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized government university with a CGPA of 3.00 and above. Proficiency in Afaan Oromoo and Amharic is mandatory. Duties include handling incoming calls and inquiries, scheduling patient appointments, directing patients to appropriate services, identifying urgent cases for clinical escalation, and following up on referrals and inquiries.
