Community Facilitators

Global Women Empowerment Development Ethiopia is hiring Community Facilitators for the LEVEL UP project on a full-time, permanent basis in Addis Ababa. The role involves driving mobilization, participatory targeting, group formation, and gender-transformative engagement across Arero, Yabello, and Gomole woredas to ensure women and female youth participate in poultry, irrigation-based horticulture, and small-ruminant value chains. Candidates must hold a Diploma or BSc/BA in Rural Development, Agricultural Extension, Sociology, Gender Studies, Community Development, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience for Diploma holders or 2 years for Degree holders in community facilitation or field implementation is required, along with residency in or strong familiarity with the assigned woreda.
