Upcountry Sales Manager

Holland Dairy is seeking an Upcountry Sales Manager responsible for the commercial performance, sales growth, distribution expansion, and route-to-market strategy for all markets outside Addis Ababa. The role owns regional sales volume, revenue, and profitable-growth targets, while leading regional commercial partners, managing upcountry sales teams, and ensuring reliable product availability. Candidates must hold a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant sales experience (preferably in FMCG). Professional proficiency in Amharic and English is required.
