Yspanacea Trading is looking for a Senior International Tender & Procurement Lead to work full-time in Addis Ababa, Kazanchis. The ideal candidate must have a verifiable history of securing major winning bids with EPSS and international donor agencies (World Bank, Global Fund, USAID, UN/UNOPS) and a minimum of 4+ years of direct experience managing end-to-end international medical and healthcare tenders in Ethiopia. Candidates are required to have a B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering. Advanced certifications in supply chain management or international procurement are a strong plus.
