Sales Supervisor

Lux Addis Property is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee daily retail operations, lead our sales team, and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will guide floor staff, monitor sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained. Candidates require a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a supervisory/team-lead role, alongside a high school diploma, vocational certification, or equivalent relevant qualification.
