Lab Services Director

Mega Lab PLC is seeking a Lab Services Director for a full-time role in Dire Dawa. The candidate will direct and manage day-to-day operations and clinical workflows, ensure regulatory compliance and quality control, lead and mentor laboratory staff, oversee equipment procurement and calibration, and collaborate with executive leadership on strategy and budgeting. Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Technology, Microbiology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
