Junior Construction Site Supervisor

Dema Hope Real Estate is looking for a Junior Construction Site Supervisor to support the supervision and coordination of daily construction site activities in Addis Ababa. The role involves overseeing site laborers, assigning tasks, monitoring progress and quality, coordinating material deliveries, maintaining records, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or CoTM Engineering with 6 months to 1 year of relevant construction or site experience, and be willing to work extended hours, weekends, or night shifts when required.
