Onboarding & Verification Coordinator

On behalf of our client, one of Ethiopia’s largest business groups, our recruitment department at GeezJobs is seeking talented professionals to join the company as it launches one of Ethiopia’s biggest digital platforms, offering hotel, guesthouse, and multi-category event booking services. The Onboarding & Verification Coordinator is responsible for owning the partner journey from signed agreement to go-live across the client's technology products and digital platforms, serving as the main point of contact during onboarding. Requirements include a relevant Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, IT, Management, or a related field, along with experience in customer success, onboarding, account management, project coordination, or a similar role.
