Social Enterprise Strategy Consultant

YADAM Foundation is seeking a Social Enterprise Strategy Consultant for a full-time, permanent position based in Addis Ababa. The consultant will be responsible for designing a costed and actionable social enterprise strategy, assessing institutional assets and market opportunities, creating 3-year financial projections and business models, and operationalizing at least one priority income-generating venture while building staff capacity to strengthen financial sustainability. Applicants should hold a Master's degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Economics, Social Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Finance, or a related field, along with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in designing and launching social enterprises, commercial ventures, or income-generating activities. Prior experience advising NGOs in food systems or nutrition is strongly preferred.
