Project Manager- Building Construction

Atta Trading PLC is looking for a Project Manager for Building Construction with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will lead and manage the overall execution of building construction projects, coordinate various works (civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing), manage project time, cost, quality, resources, and risk, and handle contracts, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Priority is given to candidates with substantial building and high-rise construction experience; infrastructure-focused experience (roads, bridges, highways) will not be considered.
