Receptionist

East Gate Guest House & Apartment is looking for a Receptionist to join its team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, or a similar role, and be friendly, organized, responsible, and comfortable interacting with guests. Qualifications include a relevant degree or diploma, at least 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, or a similar role. Night shift may be required. Previous hotel or guest house experience is considered an advantage.
