Ecco Luxury Guest House and Juice Bar is looking for a Chef de Partie to prepare a wide variety of salads, grain bowls, and cold plates, operate cold-press juicers and blenders, and grill, sear, and roast lean proteins. Candidates must hold a Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Kitchen Operation or a related field with relevant work experience.
