ECCO Luxury Guest House and Juice Bar is looking for a Chef de Partie. Responsibilities include preparing salads, grain bowls, and cold plates, operating cold-press juicers and blenders, creating house-made dressings, and adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations. Candidates must hold a Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Kitchen Operation or a related field with relevant work experience.
