Business Development Representative (BDR)

On behalf of our client, one of Ethiopia’s largest business groups, our recruitment department at GeezJobs is seeking talented professionals to join the company as it launches one of Ethiopia’s biggest digital platforms for hotel, guesthouse, and multi-category event booking services. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will identify, engage, and convert businesses into platform partners through a field-based B2B sales role covering the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed partnership. Candidates must hold a relevant diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, along with 1 to 3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in technology, hospitality, events, FMCG, or telecom sectors.
