Legal Advisor

VIRTUAL EQUB PLC is seeking a Legal Advisor to serve as the primary legal strategist and corporate compliance anchor. The role involves safeguarding the company's legal integrity, navigating National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) regulatory frameworks, managing corporate governance, drafting commercial contracts, and providing executive legal counsel. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with a valid legal practice license in Ethiopia (LL.M. in Commercial Law is a plus) and have a minimum of 4 to 7 years of post-qualification legal experience in a corporate setting, law firm, financial institution, or tech enterprise.
