Customer Service Manager

Dashen Bank is seeking a Customer Service Manager for its Tercha Branch/ Waka Outlet. The role is responsible for leading and managing all customer service functions within the branch, including direct oversight of Senior Customer Service Officer (Cash) and Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers). Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent field, along with a minimum of six years of relevant experience.
