Governance Officer

Helvetas Ethiopia is seeking a Governance Officer for a full-time, permanent position based in Bahir Dar. This role provides technical leadership and support for strengthening inclusive, accountable, and participatory local governance systems across the Amhara and Sidama regions. The position focuses on institutionalizing Integrated Community-Based Participatory Planning (ICBPP), enhancing local council performance, promoting social accountability mechanisms, and integrating gender and social equity.
