Finance, Administration, And Operations Manager

Winrock International is seeking a Finance, Administration, and Operations Manager for Phase II of its Conrad N. Hilton Foundation-funded project, which aims to solarize existing diesel-powered community water supply pumps across 30 Ethiopian communities using a lease-to-own model. The role ensures independent, high-precision management of project finances, payroll, HR, travel logistics, results-based grant administration, and office operations in full compliance with donor requirements, internal policies, and local regulations. Candidates require an academic degree in finance, business administration, financial accounting, or a related field, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, alongside a minimum of 8 years of progressive finance and administration experience on donor-funded projects.
