Corporate Planning & Performance Monitoring Officer

Responsible for supporting the Corporate Office in establishing and maintaining an integrated Group Planning, Performance Management, and Monitoring System. The role acts as a critical link between approved strategy, operational planning, and execution, translating business plans into measurable performance requirements, monitoring Plan versus Actual metrics, and driving the Group's Turnaround, Stabilization, and Growth Program. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Management, Planning, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of direct professional experience in corporate planning, business planning, performance monitoring, or management reporting.
