Senior HR Officer

Bisrate Gebriel Sahilu Getaneh Poultry Farm (BGS) is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Officer to oversee and strengthen end-to-end human resources operations, driving talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives across the organization. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience including at least 2 years in a senior or equivalent role.
